Dr. Micah Mitchell
When I was sick with cancer, I had a choice—to let it define me or to let the Word define me. I renewed my mind with God’s Word every single day. That’s where my book of healing scriptures was birthed. I didn’t just want to be healed; I wanted to be completely whole, without any residue of sickness lingering in my life.
I declared that just like the Hebrew boys, I wouldn’t smell like the fire I had just walked through (Daniel 3:27). Healing isn’t just about surviving—it’s about coming out completely whole, without the smell of smoke!
Keys for Healing:
✅ Renew Your Mind with the Word
Healing starts with your mind. Romans 12:2 (NASB) says, “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” See yourself healed according to God’s Word, not your circumstances.
🗣️ Confess the Word Over Your Body
Speak healing scriptures out loud daily. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God (Romans 10:17). Align your words with what God has already promised you.
✝️ Believe It’s Already Done
Jesus provided healing through His finished work on the cross. Isaiah 53:5 (NASB) declares, “By His scourging we are healed.” Healing is not something you’re trying to earn; it’s already yours!
🚫 Reject the Lie of Sickness
The enemy will try to convince you healing is out of reach. Refuse to let sickness define you. The power of God within you is greater than anything against you (1 John 4:4).
🙌 Praise God for the Manifestation
Praise is a powerful weapon. Even before you see the full manifestation of healing, praise God for what He has already done. Your praise is proof of your faith!
🔥 Refuse to Smell Like the Fire
Don’t settle for partial healing. Like the Hebrew boys, come out of your trial without the smell of smoke. Complete wholeness is your portion in Jesus’ name!
Declaration:
I declare that healing belongs to me! By the stripes of Jesus, I am healed. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead lives in me. Sickness has no place in my body. I receive and walk in my healing NOW. Just like the Hebrew boys, I will not smell like the fire I’ve walked through. In Jesus’ name!
