Living in the Supernatural: Positioned for Breakthrough

Dr. Micah Mitchell

The supernatural is not just about seeing miracles—it’s about walking in a lifestyle where impossible situations are met with kingdom authority, where obstacles become opportunities, and where grace accelerates us into our prophetic assignments. It is about trusting that what God has spoken is already set in motion. We operate from our position in heavenly places, enforcing what has already been established in the spirit.

Paul understood this truth when he wrote:

“But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me did not prove vain; but I labored even more than all of them, yet not I, but the grace of God with me.” — 1 Corinthians 15:10 (NASB)

Grace didn’t make Paul passive—it propelled him into action. He moved in kingdom authority, understanding that he was not striving for breakthrough but enforcing the victory already secured in Christ. Many are waiting for God to do something when He has already supplied the grace to move forward. It is our faith-filled response that activates the supernatural.

As kingdom ambassadors, we don’t operate from earth toward heaven—we operate from heaven toward earth. Our position in Christ gives us access to every resource, every breakthrough, and every answer we need. When we align with God’s Word, grace empowers us to move in supernatural acceleration, stepping into the works prepared for us before the foundation of the world.

“And God is able to make all grace overflow to you, so that, always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good work.” — 2 Corinthians 9:8 (NASB)

The supernatural is not reserved for a future moment—it is available now. The question is not whether grace is available, but whether we will move in faith to access it. Will we speak healing when sickness tries to prevail? Will we declare breakthrough when circumstances say otherwise? Will we step into opportunities that seem beyond our ability?

When we walk in the supernatural, we stop waiting for change and start living in the reality that grace has already made a way. Faith steps forward, grace carries us, and kingdom authority enforces what heaven has decreed. This is the supernatural life we are called to walk in every day!

Prophetic Decree:

I decree and declare that I am walking in supernatural authority! I do not wait for breakthrough—I enforce it! I am seated in heavenly places, operating from a position of victory. Every impossible situation must bow to the Word of God. I move in faith, and grace accelerates me into prophetic fulfillment. Doors are opening, barriers are breaking, and provision is manifesting in my life. I refuse to be limited by natural circumstances—I function in kingdom power, enforcing heaven’s will on the earth! In Jesus’ name, amen!
